Just email support@eclipsebeams.com;within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation to start your free return. Please return all items in their original packaging so they can be recycled to further reduce waste!
For standard returns, we will refund the product cost only (shipping and customs/duties fees are non-refundable).
If your item is damaged during shipping or has a quality issue, we’ll issue a full refund, including shipping fees (customs/duties are still non-refundable).
We are unable to accept returns if:
✘ The product is damaged due to accidents, misuse, modifications, or improper installation
✘ The return request is submitted after 14 days
